Pic2Icon Turn any picture into an icon, free.  Pic2Icon is the first step in authoring OS X icons.  Run the program, then drag the picture file onto the icon in the dock.  Your picture file now has an icon of itself!  This program also does batch conversions.  Say you have an entire folder of pictures that have the general PNG, JPG, etc. icons.  Run the program, select Open Images, and convert the entire folder of pictures.  download now! 1MB
